Amy, are there quite a lot of German gravestones in your area? I expect to see this in Pennsylvania but was a bit surprised to find them in Ohio.

Hi Marian--Oh yes, quite a few German immigrants in Ohio. I normally find small-ish concentrations of German inscriptions, but this small cemetery (in a suburban town outside Columbus) was full of them: the church was founded by German immigrants.
